Senior Project Manager/Product Owner

Remote

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong BA skills and a product mindset. You’ll lead 1–2 client products end-to-end, from discovery to delivery, and be accountable for the product’s success, not only for shipping on time.

Responsibilities

Product & discovery

  • Lead discovery workshops, user interviews and stakeholder sessions to uncover business goals, process bottlenecks and product opportunities.
  • Shape the product vision and roadmap together with the client, translating business goals into measurable outcomes (KPIs/OKRs).
  • Define, prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business value, user impact and technical constraints.
  • Validate ideas through prototypes, MVPs and user feedback, and track post-release metrics to decide what to build next.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers and engineers on solutions that balance user needs, feasibility and cost.

Delivery

  • Own end-to-end delivery of 1–2 products: planning, scope, budget, timelines and quality.
  • Ensure predictable delivery and continuously improve team processes, workflow automation and cross-functional communication.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks, manage scope changes and mitigate risks before they affect timelines or budgets.
  • Monitor project health and profitability, and report progress transparently to clients and internal leadership.

Client & business

  • Own relationships with senior client stakeholders and build long-term, trust-based partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the product and the account.
  • Support solution scoping, pre-sales, effort estimation and drafting proposals or SOWs for new initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in IT services, software consultancy or custom software development, including at least 3 years as a Project Manager or Product Owner with delivery accountability.
  • Strong BA skills: process mapping, workflow modeling, requirements gathering, functional/non-functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Hands-on experience running Agile/Scrum projects from initiation to release, including schedules, dependencies and risks.
  • Product mindset: experience with prioritization frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW, value vs. effort), roadmapping and defining success metrics.
  • Solid technical understanding (web/mobile architecture, APIs, integrations, cloud basics) and the ability to discuss trade-offs with engineers.
  • Understanding of delivery models (T&M, Fixed Price, Dedicated Team), scope management and project profitability.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (C1+), with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead client workshops with confidence.

Nice to have

  • Experience as a Product Manager or working on a product from 0→1.
  • Experience working in large product organizations, coordinating several teams that contribute to one product.
  • Experience with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., PI Planning, coordinating Agile Release Trains).
  • Experience using AI tools to speed up discovery, documentation or delivery.

What We Offer

  • Remote-first culture with flexible working hours
  • Competitive compensation via a B2B contract
  • Opportunity to shape how AI is used across our delivery and account management processes
  • A supportive, agile team culture where your ideas genuinely matter
