About Project

Our client offers a high-performance deployment and management platform tailored for modern engineering teams. The platform unifies the essential tools for building, testing, and launching applications, enabling teams to release new features in seconds. By focusing on improving development team velocity, reducing infrastructure costs, and enhancing end-user experiences, the platform helps organizations deliver reliable, scalable, and efficient software solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services & APIs (REST/GraphQL) in Node.js
Work with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integrate services
Optimize backend systems for stability, performance, and security
Participate in architecture decisions, technology selection, and system improvements
Mentor backend engineers and promote best practices
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to transform requirements into technical solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues quickly to ensure high reliability

Requirements

5+ years of backend development experience (Node.js preferred)
Strong background in system architecture, scalability, and distributed systems
Proven experience with microservices, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines
Hands-on expertise in optimizing backend performance and working with databases
Technical leadership and mentoring experience is a plus
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Comfortable working remotely with distributed international teams (LATAM preferred)
