Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential B2B clients in target markets (e.g., USA, EU, UK)
  • Generate a high-quality list of leads through LinkedIn, databases, and other tools
  • Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and hand them off for outreach
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and prospecting activities in CRM
  • Monitor industry trends to identify new lead opportunities

Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in lead generation, sales research, or a similar role in the IT industry
  • Understanding of IT services (outsourcing/outstaffing)
  • Strong skills in LinkedIn, Google, and other research tools
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive)
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and consistency in routine tasks
  • Intermediate and higher English level
