Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential B2B clients in target markets (e.g., USA, EU, UK)
- Generate a high-quality list of leads through LinkedIn, databases, and other tools
- Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and hand them off for outreach
- Maintain accurate records of leads and prospecting activities in CRM
- Monitor industry trends to identify new lead opportunities
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in lead generation, sales research, or a similar role in the IT industry
- Understanding of IT services (outsourcing/outstaffing)
- Strong skills in LinkedIn, Google, and other research tools
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive)
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and consistency in routine tasks
- Intermediate and higher English level
