We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented Account Manager Lead to serve as a key point of contact for both potential and existing clients, support presales activities, and build strong, long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients
- Manage partnership inquiries across product, program, and project development areas
- Support presales activities and participate in client presentations
- Contribute to the preparation of financial and commercial proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams to help define, recruit, and assemble project teams
- Ensure effective communication between clients and internal stakeholders
- Support the growth and expansion of existing accounts
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience in account management, client relations, or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and clearly communicate both technical and business requirements
- Experience in presales or proposal writing is a plus
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
